Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Ms. Chao dress. If you need to return a standard‑size item, please review the policy below.
Standard Sizes (S / M / L)
You may return unworn, unaltered standard‑size items within 7 days of delivery.
Return conditions:

Item must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains, odors, or alterations.

Original tags must be attached.

Original packaging (if any) must be intact.
Non‑returnable items:

Custom / made‑to‑measure items (non‑standard proportions)

Sale items (if applicable)
Return process:

Contact us at foot within 7 days to request a return authorization.

Pack the item securely in original packaging.

Ship the item to the address we provide. Return shipping cost and any customs/taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Transaction fees (Shopify & PayPal, approx. 10%) will be deducted from the refund amount, as these fees are not returned to us by the payment gateways.

Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.
Custom / Made‑to‑Measure
Custom‑made items are created according to your individual measurements and are non‑returnable and non‑refundable. Please double‑check your bust, waist, hip, and height before placing your order. If you have any questions regarding sizing, contact us before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
